Fashion Icon: RACHEL ZOE

In terms of style, we all turn to at least one muse — or several — to gain inspiration in our own wardrobe. Rachel Zoe is one of my BIGGEST Fashion Icon's EVER! I love that Rachel is surrounded by fashion on a daily basis, but she remains true to who she is and what she loves when it comes to her style. She doesn’t dress for comfort or practicality, but rather, dresses to suit her moods and how she wants to feel. After all, her motto is “be glamorous everyday”!

Oversized glasses, bags, sweaters and fur-vests all scream out R-Zoe.  Never formally trained in fashion, Rachel hit the ground running with her bohemian-inspired look, giving birth to the "boho-chic" style that I love

En términos de estilo, todos tenemos a al menos una musa - o varias - a obtener inspiración en nuestro propio armario.

Rachel Zoe es una de mis máximos iconos de estilo. Lo que me encanta es que Rachel está rodeada de moda el día al día, pero se mantiene fiel a quién es y lo que le gusta a la hora de armar un look. Ella no se viste tomando en cuenta la comodidad o funcionalidad, sino más bien, se viste para adaptarse a su estado de ánimo y a cómo se quiere sentir. Después de todo, su lema es "estar todos los días de glamour"!

Lentes enormes, bolsas de piel, suéteres y chalecos todos gritan R-Zoe. Aunque nunca estudio moda, Rachel popularizó un look bohemio-inspirado, dando nacimiento al estilo "boho-chic" el cuál me encanta :)

S’mores Sexy Pie

Crust
Graham Crackers 300gr
¼ cup of Melted Butter

Filling
200 gr of Marshmellows + dash of milk
200 gr Heavy Cream

Topping
150 gr of Dark Chocolate
150 gr whipped cream

For the Crust
Crush the graham crackers till they are a fine dust
Mix with the melted butter until you get a wet sand look and make a pie crust

For the Filling
Nuke the marshmallows in the microwave with a dash of milk in 20 seconds intervals until melted
Whip the heavy cream (it should be cold) until stiff peaks form, careful if you over whip it youll get butter :)
Fold the marshmallows (wait until they are luke warm) with the heavy cream pour in the pie wait until it thickens

For the Topping
Scald the cream (that is right before it boils) and pour it in the chocolate
Mix the chocolate and the scalded cream to create a ganache, and top the pie with it

Put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours to let it set and enjoy!!
