Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 generous T real maple syrup
1/4 cup canned pureed pumpkin
2 shots espresso
ice
Instructions:
Fill two large pint glasses with ice. Combine almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup and pumpkin in a blender and blitz briefly to combine. (Alternatively, whisk together in a large bowl.) Divide evenly between glasses. Top each with a shot of espresso. Put a straw in it!

THE HAND TREATMENT

This hand cream is very nice, though. It is light yet highly emollient. It does not feel heavy or greasy like many other hand creams. I notice that after a few applications my hands are very soft and have a youthful "glow". Shop here

Esta crema es INCREÍBLE, es ligera pero sumamente emoliente, no se siente ni pesada ni grasosa, como otras cremas para manos, Yo noté que después de algunas aplicaciones mis manos se sienten mucho más suaves y tienen ya saben ese brillo. Yo lo compro en el Palacio de Hierro en México o en el Duty Free, si es un duty free mexicano ojo recuerda SIEMPRE que se haga el cargo a tu tarjeta en pesos y no dólares.

This is the best nail varnish remover I have found, it removes nail varnish in seconds and is acetone and paraben free. It also leaves your nails smelling of red fruit and vanilla, which I absolutely love. Shop here 

Este es el mejor "quita esmalte" que he encontrado, hace su trabajo mega rápido y por si fuera poco es libre de acetona y parabenos. Además deja tus uñas oliendo a frutos rojos y vainilla que definitivamente es lo mejor del asunto. Una amiga me lo regaló y ella lo encontró en Satélite.
